By downloading, accessing, or registering an account on FreshPlate or visiting https://freshaverstech.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with freshaverstech ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

FreshPlate provides users with software features including:

06IP & Copyright

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, and algorithms comprising FreshPlate and freshaverstech are the intellectual property of freshaverstech.

You retain ownership of any meal photographs and personal text notes uploaded to the platform, granting freshaverstech a limited license strictly to execute the service for your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, freshaverstech and its officers shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including dietary choices made or service interruptions.
